“At a young age in Akron, OH, after spending one and a half years in college, facing career uncertainties, Steve was introduced by a friend and mentor to the network marketing industry. This industry was the answer to his search for the alternative to the normal 40 hours a week 40 years JOB.

Fast forward 25 years, Steve had worked his way up to a leadership role as a regional vice-president of a legal services network marketing company. During that time, Steve met, dated and married Cindy, who initially didn’t like multi-level marketing. However, she gradually became supportive of the time and financial freedom of the industry, and was particularly drawn into the strong relationships and friendships they built. It’s always about the people.

Their advice is to bring in people you care about, and care about the people you bring in. It’s so much easier to work with friends who are counting on you – and its’s much more rewarding than working for a check.

From that point, they went on to build a multi-million dollar business with the XANGO Corporation. They were one of the top 40 earners in the company and were building a legacy for their four children and five grandchildren. It’s not about the money itself; it’s what you can do with the money. For example, it requires money for a memorable family vacation, but it’s the memories formed with the family that are the real motivation.

Steve and Cindy had a long time desire to move away from the harsh winters of northern Ohio. Through their success, they were able to build their dream house inside the World Golf Hall of Fame Village in St. Augustine, FL. Now Steve can golf and Cindy can garden year round.

This success with XanGo allowed Steve and Cindy to travel to many amazing destinations around the world, spending time with like-minded friends. Many of these trips were earned and paid for by the company. Their travel has included most of the States in the US including Hawaii, as well as international trips to Mexico, Jamaica, Belize, Italy, Thailand, and Singapore.
