In an effort to provide the highest quality of service to Zija Nation, we have implemented the Zija C.A.R.E.S initiative with our customer service team. The acronym is to motivate the team to supply callers with the support possible through:
- Communication: The team is to confidently relay the process to callers.
- Accountability: Take responsibility in resolving calls.
- Respect: Acknowledge the impact that a helpful solution can have on the Zija Member.
- Education: Provide information to empower the caller.
- Solution: Complete the call with a clear resolution.
